If you wish to cancel your appointment you must call no later than 24 hours before your scheduled float, for a full refund. If you are part of our Frequent Floater group your float will be credited back to your Float account.
For cancellations less than 24 hours you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
If for some reason your float was not to your liking, we will only issue a partial refund depending on the amount of time that you were in the tank. If it’s not to your liking please get out as soon as possible, for float credits under these circumstances. We will refund you a prorated refund in the same way you paid, or we can offer you shared float credit if need be.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please let us know. Call us as soon as you can (208) 380-8881. We have no flexibility in the schedule, your session begins at the scheduled start time (all controlling switches are on schedule timers, if I bump you back that shortens the next person time lot)
If you fail to show up you will still be billed for the cost of your float as if you were here.
If you are using a coupon or Groupon please bring a copy with you when you come for your appointment. We need this to process your coupon/Groupon. Also, Groupon and some coupon deals do not charge sales tax, please be prepared to pay the sales tax on your purchase.

We will process your debit card when you reserve your float time. In the case of a credit/debit card return transaction there will be a 6% processing fee, unless the initial transaction was our error.
